One of the small insect-eating bats that roost in the Mau Mau cave, hanging in clusters from the ceiling by day and streaming out at dusk to hunt over the forest. Please keep voices low and torches off the roost.
Did you know?
The horseshoe-shaped nose-leaf focuses the bat's echolocation calls like a megaphone.
